Conducted several Instruction courses and Wetlabs pertaining to Glaucoma diagnostics and treatment, at the Local (Mumbai), State (Maharashtra) and National level.
Has been a constant Faculty at conferences organised by Glaucoma Society of India.
Amongst the first ones to organise online Ophthalmology Webinars during Covid-19 National lockdown.
Organised several Glaucoma scientific meetings – CMEs, Symposia, Sessions & Wetlabs on behalf of the Bombay Ophthalmologists’ Association & Maharashtra Ophthalmological Society.
Actively involved in conducting P.G. Teaching programmes for Ophthalmology Post graduates of different Medical colleges.
Participates in Diabetic Retinopathy Screening camps for Juvenile diabetics at Dr. Kamdar’s Eye Clinic & Jashem Eye Institute, since more than 25 years.
Organised and coordinated Public Awareness rallies in every district of Maharashtra for educating the lay public about How to prevent blindness due to Glaucoma, during the World Glaucoma Week – March 2019, for which she was honoured with a special award at the Maharashtra Ophthalmological Society’s Annual conference.
Reviewer – Journal of Clinical Ophthalmology & Research (JCOR).
Conducted an independent Online Course on Glaucoma Diagnostics – 2023.
